A. Sales and customer service.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check and ask every question that comes across their mind even if it sounds silly.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Dedication, devotion, understanding and I think more patience to all level of financial customers.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Our trade...How many rooms of carpet a customer wishes to clean, if tile and grout, we need the square footage, if air duct cleaning, how many vents, however; if they don't know or have the information, we gladly come to their palce and give them and estimate.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are commited to provide the best service, we provide state of the art equipment, professional & friendly technitians, provide different types of services so customers don't have to call other companies, most of all very real and affordable prices.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We are experienced, knowledgeable and prepared people to enjoy making our customers HAPPY.

A. How long have you been in business? answer...12 years and 22 years experience.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. They all very but the best was an elderly customer called our office back after we cleaned her house complaining that, there were some spots left in her living room; when we send the technitian back to take care of her concern...we found out that it was some shadow created by the sun coming thru the window and reflecting to her coffe table, she was embarrassed when technitian closed the blinds.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We are friendly, courteous and understanding moreover, we are constantly learning and developing new ways to accomodate and please our cuatomers from every angle.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Before I bought this company I worked as an appointment setter, customer service, dispatcher then I became a general manager. to answer to the question, it was the joy of serving people.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I am proud of every job I do, it is rewarding when they are happy and reffer you to their friends and neighbors.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Absolutley, myself as well as my other technitians take classes when available by the companies in the trade.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. There is always new things coming up for example new equipments, eco-friendly chemicals, new modern ways to clean faster and effective.
