I was having problems with my current 5 year old laptop running SLOW!
I called Chen and he had me bring it in right away.
When I got it back it was like a new computer (I thought I was going to have buy a new one!)
He was responsive fast and kept me updated. They were able to salvage a computer I was seriously going to toss.
