A. You want to make sure that the provider has good references.

A. It is helpful to have the following information ready:

2. Color & style
3. Type of material; i.e. stamped or decorative overlay

A. We use quality products, have excellent craftsmanship, our artistic talent is truly unique.

A. The ability to give customers a quality product by creating a unique outdoor living environment.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most customers want to know if stamped or decorative concrete is better to use. My answer is that it depends on what they are looking to do.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. There is no one favorite story. Instead, there are many of them. The overall theme is that of happiness from our customers. Many of them have been dealing with driveways or patios that have been in the need of a change for a long time. They are so excited when they see what Decorative Overlay can do for that area. When they see how it brightens up the overall look of their property, that says it all.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We recently did concrete work on a customer's patio. Their neighbors thought that they had put in a new tile floor. They were amazed when they found out that the finished product was a concrete composition. They really loved what we did with the area.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Simply put, you must love what you do because it will show in the work that you put out there.
