HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY...Brad did a really nice job on my pool patio in Nov. 2010. However, by summer 2011, there were several cracks and pieces of the new concrete were breaking apart. I called and notified Brad as I had a 1 year warranty. He said he was very busy and would get back to me. I called again in August 2011 and more times than I can count since then. As of today's date, June 1, 2012, Brad hasn't honored his warranty. He won't call back and more times than not, his answering machine is full. My email's are returned by his assistant, David, who only says he will relay my messages to Brad. It's one thing to do a great job initially, but with no follow up when there's a problem, the company is useless. Brad provides absolutely NO customer service. It's been 1 year since I've been asking for service due me. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I went with Brad's Creative for our patio and pool area. I chose Brad because he called back right away and met with me the very next day. His price was fair and he seemed dependable. It was all down hill from there. The workers did a fairly nice job, but spread the concrete during the hottest time of day. This caused small bubbles that turned into small holes that catch and hold water and dirt. I pointed the imperfections out to Brad and he didn't seem to want to be bothered. The job turned out somewhat OK, but the workers were messy and didn't clean up after themselves. After the entire job was done, I had to pay my pool guy an extra $200 to clean the debris from the pool and filter as clean up is clearly not a part of their service. I had to ask Brad for a warranty which he initially promised before I gave him his final payment. About a year after the job, the area around the pool started to crack. The concrete overlay is so thin in certain areas that it is chipping up and you can see the tile and deck under it. I called and emailed in an effort to have Brad come out and fix the issues covered by warranty. The calls were not returned and I had to fake being a new customer to get Brad to call me back. When I spoke with him he said to email the company and an appointment would be set up. I emailed the company several times to get the same response. That someone would call me back. It has been 4 months now and I have not gotten any calls from anyone in the company. I attempted to go through the Better Business Bureau but had no success. My next step is litigation which I do not like to do. If you are considering Brad's Creative, do yourself a favor and go with someone else who stands behind their product. Don't be fooled by Brad. He is a smooth talker and comes across as dependable. He should be in the used car business, not the Decorative Concrete business.

Our patio project began in July starting with concrete poured then overlay which finished around Mid August. The job was done satisfactorily. However within 1 month the floor started to crack. We contacted Brad and the response we got was "concrete will crack. It's natural...." and "the grout lines were strategically created where the cracks are expected." Well shortly after, not only those cracks were in the grout lines got so much bigger and deeper, cracks appeared everywhere outside of the grout lines and flaking. We tried to call Brad several times, requested that he stand behind his work and honor the warranty (yes there was a warranty that supposedly good for 3 years). Back and forth phone calls went on until mid November when he finally said fine and asked us to send an email to him to set up appointment. We sent an email and NO RESPONSE. We then called a week later to follow-up and NO RESPONSE. It is now December, 4 months after the job completed, the cracks kept growing and more cracks kept on appearing, Brad and his company are not responding, not honoring the warranty. We caution anyone who is considering this company. The initial completed job is nice but did not last. I wish I had seen these posts earlier.
