Hans Seffer is very knowledgeable about all phases of construction and maintenance required for all types of residential and commercial buildings.
He provided maintenance service for me several times in 2009 and 2010. The work included electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, sliding glass door repair, dryer vent cleaning, BBQ repair, pressure cleaning and installation of storage hooks for my home in Boca Raton. These projects were completed professionally, on time and with excellent quality and competitive pricing.
Hans Seffer is very reliable and does what he says he will do. He is on time for appointments and keeps you updated on all phases of the work. When he completes the project he is very conscious about cleaning up all areas and returns the area furniture and rugs etc. as he found it.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Home repairs, replace a bad light switch, repair a toilet, repair a leaking faucet, install a water heater, interior and exterior wall repair and painting, dryer vent cleaning (number one cause of house fires), pressure cleaning, lock replacement, install a light fixture and ceiling fan, install a dishwasher, repair broken irrigation pipes and sprinkler heads, pressure clean the roof, walls and repaint the entire house and more.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Call a reference or two, I have many satisfied customers and not because of price. Be careful if the price is too low you may have to pay for someone like me to complete the job again the correct way. I have come in after the fact many of times to correct a quick and cheap contractor. Remember "You get what you pay for" is usually true, if the price seems to good to be true it usually is.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I do my work without disrupting the client and when my work is completed it is like no one was ever there working. I clean up after myself and I protect all surround areas. I have no call backs to correct any of my work.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The satisfaction of doing a job well and my client is very satified with my work and wants to tell all their friends about how well I did.

A. How much will it cost? and I typically can give them an exact cost or if there are some unknowns I can give them a not to exceed amount.
