- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 15-30 min discovery call - this is where we first discuss your goals. Then we schedule a up to 2 hrs consultation. In that consultation you will get all the information you need to either proceed with DIY'ing and just using us as a consultant (more of a friendly ear to bounce more ideas off of) OR full service where we take all the ideas we discussed and we make them happen for you. We have vendors we partner with that can make your ideas come to fruition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly being educated on all the latest and most innovative things coming into the market. I take the time to travel to Highpoint - the worlds largest furniture show at least once a year. I travel to KBIS to know all the details for kitchen and bathroom design.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a young age I was surrounded by fabric. My mom was a seamstress and was often reupholstering furniture. My father was an owner of a elevator company and I constantly saw the process of things being created from start to finish. Both showed me how to resolve problems thinking outside the box.
