Sabrina is phenomenal! I really lucked out with her. She is ultra organized, fast, efficient, professional, great cook, and she did an outstanding job setting everything up and leaving the kitchen immaculate by the time she left. I am giving her a 5 stars because I cannot give her a 4.90. The only reason why I would take a 10th of a star if because the 2 Peruvian dishes, while delicious, they were not Peruvian at all. I am not complaining because my guest devoured it and complimented it, and at the end that is what mattered to me. Now that I met Sabrina, and I know how easy, kind and accommodating she is, in the future I will email her my treasured recipes and she will do it for me. - ADVICE TO ALL READING THIS: If you have some recipe you adore, send it to Sabrina, she will not only do it for you, but she will search in in multiple places including amazon.com to purchase any exotic ingredients.
I invited 16 people for dinner and Sabrina did 4 types of superb appetizers - 2 types of empanadas, and ceviche (now, that ceviche was truly Peruvian-like), and dates filled with goat cheese and walnut. The main course was Aji de gallina lasagna and arroz con pollo. Both delicious but not Peruvian. There was a Pork a l'orange that was fantastic. For desert she did a fruit salad with cream and a chocolate cake which I did not try but my guest did not left one crumb of it!
I will be doing another party in March 2015, and I will sure be contacting her again!

Sabrina Lopez is an excellent cook with a very creative sense of combining foods, spices, etc. We asked for a paleo biased diet and she was able to concoct the most amazing tastes from the simplest combination of foods. Our only regret was we couldn't bring her home with us.

Working with Sabrina was a pleasure for my husband and I for our anniversary dinner. I chose her because she was determined. She arrived to cook our delicious Italian dinner and was professional, organized, and very social. She set up the dishes in a beautiful and neat manner. Also, she took lots of photos of the event and didn't mind doing so for us. She left our kitchen clean as well. I recommend her!

Sabrina was wonderful! We loved her cooking and her ideas on healthy food. She prepared an amazing meal in our home, perfectly and right on time. Sabrina made wonderful menu suggestions and we are using her again several times! She was amazing!
