- How did you get started doing this type of work?
About 25 years ago, I was working for Estee Lauder. And the skin care manager told us that we had to move the old products, and they didn't care whom we sold it to! So I said to my self, there has to be a better way to teach men and women about their skin without lying to them.And the women behind the cosmetic counters have only product knowledge,they really don't know anything about the skin.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I preform a lot a anti-aging, resurfacing, and acne treatments.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I was a former nurse and I have more experience in the skin care and medical field that a lot of skin care professionals.
