Our Learn-to-Swim program has methods that have been worked over the past 50 years by world-renown swim coaches and instructors. Our technique is a result-driven, highly developed approach that is a combination of the most-advanced thinking and best philosophies in the field of swimming. This technique is established on progressive learning methods, so that within their first group of lessons, children greatly ameliorate their opportunities to save themselves if they purposely or accidentally enter into the water. Our curriculum applies the swim-float-swim technique as its foundation.
All students are taught first to responsively roll over onto their backs to respire, which gives them with the ultimate way for rescuing themselves in a time of need. Furthermore, this approach gives the correct body positioning for studying the strokes. Gradually, building upon these center mechanics, students develop impeccable form in the four competitory strokes. These techniques have been proven to develop world-class athletes.
Swim Boca uses community and backyard pools, likewise our own heated pool, throughout the year for instruction all over the Boca Raton area. Our fully certified teachers have experience with all experience levels and ages. Whether you're training for triathlons, want your 7-year-old to get more competitive in his/her strokes, or have a baby who you like to learn water safety techniques over the water, Swim Boca can provide instruction that is tailored to each individual person's needs.
Learning to swim is fun and successful when you make it of an importance in your child's life.
A. Be sure that any swim school you choose is certified, insured, and has experience teaching all ages and abilities. Ask what type of certifications they currently hold. If you have a child with special needs, make sure that they have certifications in Adaptive Aquatics, or a degree in working with children with special needs.
