They restore ny floor to a very good condition, all the black grout lines are gone, all holes in the Mar le are filled and fixed and the floor is polished like a mirror. They also polished my countertop and shower foe an extra fee that was totally worth it. All of it very well executed, with no mess left behind. Highly recommended.

Gustavo responded to my request right away. He was very polite and patient while I explained my situation and what I wanted. He and his crew arrived exactly on time and went right to work taking great care of my valuables. I hadn’t had my floors polished in several years and they were starving for some TLC! That’s exactly what they got. Prime did an outstanding job. The floors look brand new. I was impressed at how professional and respectful Gustavo and his crew were.
