FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing you see here is a generic quote. Many projects require a more personalized quote which can only be given after the entire scope of the project has been discussed. Things like location permits to shoot in state or local parks might carry an additional fee to cover these expenses. Processing fee's for select payment methods may also be charged but fee-free options will always be provided. For local shoots within 25 miles there is typically no additional fee for travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is making sure the customer is comfortable working with me. Questions about my qualifications and links to previous work can be exchanged upon request. Once I have a full run down on the project I then prepare a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken various professional photo and video courses and I am FAA Part 107 licensed. A Part 107 license is required by the FAA to legally provide drone video and photography services.
