Today I got my love, a brand new baby grand piano, moved from 2nd floor condo to a storage unit with Bear Moving wonderful professional service. They packed well and moved with gentle and careful hands. I worried for months about this move and got many high rocking estimates and last minute blackmailing. This company’s owner, Joseph, is so responsible and understanding. I postponed the move to purchase my own blankets for fear their blankets might not be good enough. He perfectly understood me. They came with the same quality new blankets to wrap my piano. Three wonderful guys knowing the job perfectly did a wonderful job! They came at 9am at 9-11am time frame- hard working people. Not only did they move my piano well, they also took care of the carpeted stairs wooden landing by placing blankets in it. Our condo is sold, so leaving any moving scars will make the new owner unhappy. Joseph is excellent communicator. He would respond to my as late as 11pm message and is always the last one to finish the conversation like what I do (but he beats me in this respect). For example, when I wrote, “Have a good evening,” he would finish by writing back, “Thank you. You too.” So you feel you’re in honest hands. In the end, I’d like to comment, “Thank you, Joseph! God bless you!”

I am very very happy with my service. I needed a complicated, three level bed with stairs assembled and it was done perfectly. The gentleman that came were so nice and communicative AND their fee was the lowest out of all the other estimates I received. I highly recommend them and WILL be calling again as I accumulate more furniture. Thanks guys!
