Introduction: I create and implement policies and procedures including training, customer programs, and system manuals along with sales and production handbooks, and meeting and training presentations for an entire company. I manage internal communications amongst departments to resolve company issues resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, workflow, and employee morale. I am responsible for the active recruitment, evaluation, motivation and termination of the production staff. I created successful business plans and assist in start-up funding processes. The following are my key achievements: * Developed guidelines and processes, and directed online marketing and advertising campaigns that included data mining and customer service for major accounts including American Express, Ford, Siemens, Carnival Cruise Lines, Marriott Hotels, DHL, and NCAA. * Created procedures and managed workflow between offices in the U.S., Brazil and Mexico City to handle all our promotional, advertising and e-business business. * Managed complexities of new business initiatives including business, licensed content, integration, and multinational office expansion. * Essential to the recruiting of new AEs (account executives) in the capacity of sales resources, and production support and needs to ensure all facets of advertising and marketing procedures were satisfied. * Produced company-wide weekly forecast reports to facilitate company funding and to ensure the timely invoicing of open orders to increase cash flow. * Directed initiatives to improve relations with existing TV advertising clients to obtain optimal pricing for online inventory and campaign management that increased company profit margins. * Consulted for Kahzam, Inc. which entailed writing the business plan, the marketing plan and acquiring the research for its investors.
