Introduction: At Benik Baseball, we strive to provide top-of-the-line service for students. Benik Baseball is proud to offer a positive environment, where players can come and work on the game with experienced instructors. Our staff is focused on giving players quality baseball/softball instruction while sharing their own personal experiences. We enjoy meeting the needs of players by breaking down the proper mechanics, so players can grow both physically and mentally. We do not require a specific skill level, just a sincere commitment to learn. The drills and mechanic work are most beneficial when students take what they have learned, and apply the skills at home. Private instruction allows us the opportunity to prepare an individual lesson plan for each student's needs, while building a personal relationship with the student and his/her family. The beginner student is just as important as the elite player. We understand that baseball is just a game, but there are fundamental life building blocks that can be learned from an early age through this game. The importance of hard work, leadership, coach ability, promptness, and accountability are but a few of the traits being passed on. Learning to deal with failure, adversity, and pressure, are addditional traits being covered. The most important traits that we want young people to learn are the importance of family, schoolwork, and most of all, being a good person.
