- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70 an hour , or a flat fee which ever works best for the customer, and discounts might be offered depending on each persons circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know their business , looking over the accounting program. Seeing how many transactions they typically do in a month and figure a fair price to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications and I am advisor with quickbooks , patriot software. Over 30 years with different accounting softwares.
