My first experience of cooking was of a boiling pot of water with hotdogs in it that fascinated me so much I had to grab it to see. I was 9. I love what I do and sharing the knowledge that I have with other people so that they might feel the same joy I get well that makes my job perfect

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I show them step by step how to look for sales in ads, how to make a list, how to shop with coupons ( if they use them ) how to plan meals without buying it from a box or something to stick in the microwave, How to prep the food they bought how to cook the food ( seasoning, temperature, time ) how to check the food, clean up, proper storage of left overs. Teach them how to use a knife safely and what knife will work best for the job they are doing. Leave them with a step by step 3 x 5 card of the recipe we prepared so they can practice on their own

    I had a client who refused to eat egg salad all her life for no one ever made it for her in a way that she might like it. So I prepared it for her the same way I have from the very first time it was taught to me. I am happy to say she dines on my egg salad a couple times a week
