Introduction: My name is Brian. I am a chef by trade and was trained under the likes of mercenaries out of Johnson and Whales. I've opened and ran a few food joints in the New England and Delray Beach area, so I have a lot of seasoning, no "green horn" here! Now, I'm not a chef who knows it all, but I am a serious savory type with the "comfort" and "fit" feel to my dishes. You tell me what you like and what is in your diet, and I'm going to give you options that you may not even know existed, as well as keep the things you like in the pantry. I'm a 35-year-old Caucasian male and moved here from Maine 4 years ago. I have a good understanding of seafood and home cooking that will be sure to please. I am available for live in or live out depending on the salary. I am looking to stay in the Boynton Beach if possible.
