A satisfied customer is better than a dissatisfied customer in every regard-- disappointment is inefficient and bad for business!
I enjoy being connected, facing challenges, and constantly improving my skills. I love the technology industry and appreciate that my work allows me to learn something new everyday. But--most importantly--I value the fact that I am able to truly make a difference in a world where my customers rely so much on their devices.
