FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees: $55 per hour. We first gather information about the services and features you wish. We then provide a quote to match. If you are not yet sure of the whole picture, we can build your site in stages, providing the first few pages, then adding more as you see fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is our general workflow: 1. We first ask you about your style, preferences, feature you want to implement, type of content you wish to include. 2. We provide you with a quote based on your interest. 3. Once you approve the quote and make the 1st payment, we set up your hosting space. We also provide you guidance at this point on how to build your content for an effective website. If you wish our optional assistance writing your content, we provide extra writing and/or editing services too. We also provide optional keyword analysis and writing guidance to optimize your site for search engines. We can also integrate your best keyword into your content. If you like a new logo, we can integrate the logo design into your site. 4. Once we have your content, images, media you wish to include, we create a life-size image of your future site’s home page and an interior page. These images are based on a premium theme combined with your favorite colors and features. 5. You get to review and edit the design. Once you like the final design, we build your website accordingly. 6. We let you chose your host, but highly recommend an A+ rated host with extra security services to protect your site for longevity. 7. Once the site is ready, you will review it and add the changes you like before going live. 8. Once the review is complete, we apply optional Google integration and other optional marketing services. We know you are busy and work with you on your time availability. We also offer support after your site is complete – from monthly or quarterly security reviews to content additions, edits, marketing services, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Bachelor and Master Degrees in technical fields and have worked in science for many years. That experience has increased my focus on quality. I trained in Internet Technologies at New York University. I also worked as a website designer and developer for two large hosting companies and a marketing company prior to starting my own firm. The second developer working on the website holds a computer science degree.
