Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Window and door installation. Bathroom and kitchen remodeling and several handyman jobs. Pressure washing and interior and exterior painting.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the business is licensed and insured. Stands behind their work with a warranty on labor and parts. Is friendly and easy to work with. Is understaning of your needs. Is reliable and on time when apointments are made or calls when tied up on another job. Completes all projects in a reasonable amount of time.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Weather they want standard or hurricane rated windows and doors and what product they are interested in PGT or Lawson. A 50% percent deposit is due upon ordering all materials.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I take pride in my work and I do quality work and I have reasonable prices. I personally meet all my customers and complete and/or supervise all the work performed to make sure it was done correctly and that the customer is happy with the end result.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Meeting new people every day and making new customers.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Currently going to school to get my general contractors license at Gold Coast Schools in Lantana and Tamarac.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. A complete bathroom remodel, which took approximately one week. And installation of three exterior doors and several windows on a residential home, which took approximately three days.
