- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each job individually after review of location, job logistics and a feel for the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just get to know them and their expectations before we start. I assure them I am not greedy so I charge a price we both can live with. Its how I get most of my return business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My General Contractor uses me to clear punch lists so that encompasses a little bit of everything. My father had me as his apprentice so I started at an early age.
