I do the following: * Organize and maintain all documentation including lesson plans, related policies and procedures, parent/teacher conferences, the preparation and administration of the scholastic aptitude test, Florida competency test, FCAT, and various county exams relating to mathematics * Examine and assess students and provide academic scores * Attend collegial planning sessions to improve focus on effective curriculum, instruction, and assessment by the school, as well as align mathematical content with standards and benchmarks as applicable by the Florida Sunshine State Standards * Create and implement professional development training related to the subject area of mathematics
