- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the number of hours of work needed per project. This varies greatly depending on your desired outcome, but the most direct factor is whether you want a 3-minute video for social media or a 45-minute-long feature production. The longer you need, the more editing time goes in! We're happy to discuss the details to give you an idea of what your video will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 is always meeting with the client. Either in person or via Skype/FaceTime, we want to chat with you, find out what you like, and hear your vision for your project. From there, we'll exchange ideas so you can decide if you like working with us (which...we think you will :)).
