Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do your homework on companies. Ask questions on how services are performed, what type of equipment do they use and are ALL employees certified to perform the work. Check out the company website. Ask yourself if the price really seems to good to be true for the said services. Ask what the background of the company is and how long they have been in business. No question is a dumb question!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish customers were aware of what type of cleaning agents to use on their flooring and carpets. No Bleach and no vinegar or other high alkaline cleaning agents should be used on tile/grout floors. It eats away at the sealant and then it eats away at the grout which is why is starts to crumble!
Do not EVER try an get stains out of a carpet. Blot it with plain water and lay a damp towel over the spot. Then call us!

A. How long have they been in business? Are ALL the technicians certified? What is your experience background and/or skills? Do you have insurance? Is the work guaranteed? What type of equipment do you use? What is the process from beginning to end? What can I expect?
