Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Gates, railings, artwork, t-tops, towers, trailers, etc
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. We are easy to work with, we are open minded, creative, hardworking, and diciplined to make the customer 100% happy!
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. As far as the artwork and all of our work we do, everything is custom, everything is one of a kind, everything is made by hand with no machines or computers.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are perfectionist who do the job the right way and do not rig anything! We make everything look as professional as possible and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We love our job! We are both artist, we both love metal work and metal art! It works out to where we have perfected the art as well as our jobs in loving what we do at the same time and not waking up in the morning dreading it, but yes, what do we get to make today?
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How did you start the art business? My husband worked for a gate company, a customer ordered a gate but wanted dolphins in it, so Rob created it, made it, and from the day forward, he said we can do this on our own! AND WE DID!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. When we do our work, my favorite part is seeing the customers face after the job is completed! It is so satisfying!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Understand that metal work is VERY hard to do, but it is long lasting can can hold up in all weather! It is well worth the time and every penny!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It all fell into place after Rob built the custom gate with dolphins!
