A. We will travel to your office or home, up to 35 miles, at no additional cost. Technicians are professional and are able to speak with you in simplified terms so you will understand, not only the problem, but the resolution to your problem.

Q. What are your most common types of jobs?

A. There is no such thing as a "common" job. Each customer is unique with unique issues. The important thing to remember is each customer is treated as if they were are "only" customer.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. The most recent project was pulling and terminating 25,000 feet of cable. This project took approximately three weeks to complete.
