- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of my passion for caring for people homes, I am willing to work with any budget to find a way to meet my clients' needs. Basic Services with a 30 Point Inspection include: Exterior Inspection: Ensure all entrances are secure; visual check for evidence of forced entry, vandalism, theft, or damage; visual check for pest infestations close to the house; check outside faucets and hoses for leaks; visual inspection of pool/spa looking for excessive dirt, discoloration, and water level; visual inspection of A/C unit; listen for unusual noises coming from A/C unit and pool equipment; removal of newspapers, flyers, packages, mail and other evidence of non-occupancy; visual inspection of roof and gutters from ground level; visual inspection of yard/landscaping to assure regular maintenance is being performed; check outside lighting timers; visual check of screened enclosures; visual check (no boarding) of your boat; visual inspection of well equipment (if applicable); and visual check for excessive mold and algae build up. Interior Inspection: Inspect for signs of theft, vandalism, damage or other disturbance; check that all windows and entryways are secure; check security system; check inside lighting timers settings; visual inspection of all HVAC serviced areas for signs of pest activity; note any unusual odors; visual inspection of walls, ceilings, windows, tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, cupboards, closets, hot water heater, washer and dryer for evidence of water damage, leakage, mold or mildew; check thermostat for proper settings; check refrigerator/wine cooler for coldness; water indoor plants (if requested); monitor battery tenders; and check circuit breakers for tripped breakers. WEEKLY: Starting at $25.00 per visit * - INSPECTION REPORTS E-MAILED AFTER EVERY VISIT- *Homes over 3000 sq ft add $5.00 per visit. *Homes over 4000 sq ft add $10.00 per visit. Additional Services by Request: Meet Service Providers/ Repairmen/ Deliveries: $25.00 up to 1 hour, $25.00 per each additional hour Closing Services: Prepare and secure your home for your absence. $35.00 Opening Services: Prepare your home for your return. $35.00 Alarm/Emergency Response Services: $40.00 each occurrence Pre-Storm and Post-Storm Inspections: $40.00 per visit Errand Running: $30.00 per hour Grocery Shopping: $30.00 + cost of groceries Vacation Rental Property Check-In/Check-Out: Please call for more information and pricing

For over 20 years I have been caring for my friends, relatives, and neighbors' homes as a favor to them. They are the ones who convinced me to start this business. I always felt I was just lending a helping hand, but they told me I was doing a better job than companies they had hired in the past. So, I turned my passion for taking care of homes into a business.
