Quick response time, punctuality and honesty. Got back to me promptly, we made a deal (even has 10% senior discount) and was able to arrange new system and install it in a couple of days. Honest and hard working. Wasn't going to take advantage as some other HVAC firms in the area, charging $199.00 per lb for Freon, when their cost is $10.00. Since non certified person can't buy that Freon, some HVAC firms are price gouging. Same goes for new installs. Most of (hardware, Freon) HVAC systems are not as expensive as some firms want you to think.

Our prices are competitive and in the lower side of the market price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduced myself and explain the process of repair and what can be expected, after the consent to walk the property I proceed to troubleshoot the unit, find the problem and inform the client if he needs a part and the price. After his/her approval I proceed to do the repair and after I finish I test the AC unit that is working properly and give the customer my labor warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Air conditioning tech and electrician at Ashword College. Chief of AC & Refrigeration at Hyatt hotel chain, Lead Tech at other AC companies, EPA certified, Certified Contractor in Florida.
