- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our standard pricing is available directly on our sit, However, we can make adjustments to our pricing if its within reasonable means. These adjustments are made in a phone or face to face discussion if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first call to verify the appointment. Once we contact our client we go over any concerns they may have about our cleaners showing up to provide service. Once our client feels comfortable with our initial meeting we begin scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained in client services for well over 15 years. Currently we are looking to expand our training into CPR and First Aid for all of our Maids.
