I am Rolando Lopez, the owner and founder of Southwest Florida Films, a wedding videography & photography company located in Cape Coral. I have been in the videography & photography business for almost a decade and the wedding industry for over five years filming love in Tropical Costa Rica and now in the Sunshine State. I am an Engineer, but Photography has given me such beautiful experiences! Hopefully, let me be there with you, capturing the smiles, the kisses, the hugs, the tears, the flowers and every beautiful detail in order to make it last forever in a cinematic masterpiece. I also believe that the wedding day is supposed to be joyful! Working with Rolando was a dream! Easy communication, very professional during every interaction, and we discussed time lines before the big day. The actual day of the wedding it felt like he was just part of the wedding party he didn't interrupt cute moments between my husband and myself. Everything felt very natural and relaxed and it shows in the video. We loved the video because it felt just like us and captured all the things we spoke about before the big day. We could not thank him enough! I will be recommending him on all the Disney Bride pages I'm a part of.

Rolando from SW Florida films photographed my family on the beach at sunset and I can't be more obsessed with the outcome. Rolando is all descriptions, amazing work, capturing the lighting and the family perfectly, very responsive and timely, and the value for his work is second to none. Long story short, we hired him last minute for a photoshoot on NYE he was available and then delivered the final photos within days. I will use his services again. Great job Rolando!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will include the price of what I think will include EVERYTHING so that you don't get any surprises after our agreement. I price fairly, I don't believe in overcharging the customer. If you have any special request, 99% of the time I am very flexible. Also I don't rush or look at my watch, I am very flexible with time and capture any additional detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go over all the details, location and prices prior to the shoot. I'm MORE than thrilled when someone wants to schedule a call or a meet in person because it's really nice to connect and understand each other. I usually show up early and be prepared.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught as well as one-on-one training with experienced photographers and videographers filming love in Tropical Costa Rica.
