I am usually working with WordPress. The platform is proven easy for clients to figure out, edit and use after I set it up for them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before hiring someone like me to design a website, I recommend locating and making a list of similar sites to what yours will be. Critique what you like about them, what you hate, etc. Be sure to include these sites and the critique before beginning the design process, even if the designer does not ask for them. This little boost will help speed up production. Have patience & seek out a patient developer. You'll both need it!
