Les is a friendly and highly professional handyman. I've had him do several projects on two different houses, both of which were significantly damaged by Hurricane Ian. He's replaced broken glass, drywall, screendoors, a dog door, patio screening, soffit, and a driveway lighting fixture for me. Plus, I'm in the process right now of getting his help on making quick work of some more drywall fixes (after a replumb from a differentcontractor) as well as some other minor bathroom and kitchen projects among other things. He's been very good for me, and the paperwork is always on point as requested. He gladly provides credentials for insurance, etc, and documentation for all work completed. So, if you're dealing with insurance claims to cover your repairs, then you will very likely appreciate how important that documentation really is, and having it done right. The man is highly capable and on point. Even if he's not entirely sure about something, he'll figure it out and communicate with you concerning such matters; which is especially helpful. He definitely has a can-do spirit. Two thumbs up.

Les did a great job replacing the soffits we lost from Hurricane Ian. He was very thorough in making sure everything was cleaned up after he finished. His service was reasonably priced and he was very kind. An all-around great experience. Highly recommend!

Hi, I always take the time to come up with the actual costs , as close as possible, involved in a job. Then I estimate the time it will take to complete the job including all of the parameters and add the two costs together. If there are 3 or more of the same tasks to be done at the same location then I would consider a discount. Thank you, Les
