FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential cleans saves homeowners time and money. Most my residential clients don't have the time to worry about keeping up a clean home.. I allow them a few extra hours to focus on what's important; whether it's more free time to enjoy with friends and family or to focus more attention on their careers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think you should always get a detailed description of the services that are being provided. Let your cleaner know what your expectations are; everyone's idea of clean is different. I provide a list so that my clients know what to expect. Communication is essential so make sure who you hire is someone you are comfortable with and someone you trust. Although costs are important, don't be fooled by a low price. Some clients tell me that cleaners charge less but when I go to clean, the fans, switch plates, baseboards etc. have a lot of dust build up. The top of the bathtub surround has never been cleaned and you should see the on top of the window frames!... Like I said not everyone's idea of clean is the same.
