About
I pay attention to detail. I treat everyone's home as if it were my own. I'm not in a rush to get the job done. I want it done quickly, but I want it done right. I take pride in my work, it's my reputation, my business. I get a sense of satisfaction that I helped someone. Sometimes people ask me to clean because the don't have the time... sometimes it just because they hate cleaning. Life is busy and hectic, it's a good feeling knowing my customer has one less thing to worry about.

Sue went above and beyond an excellent cleaning job. All cubbards, insides and outside were spotless. Floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, doors, frames, baseboards, everything was perfect. I would never use anyone else agaim.

Sue & Cathy exceeded my expectations. They took their time and checked over areas. She moved things out of the way instead of just cleaning around them like some other poor quality cleaning companies do. Noticed them cleaning things like wall hangs and inside of the toaster that I didn't even request them to do. Plus they brought all of their own supplies/cleaners. Look forward to using them again. Thanks! -Lily

They did a great job and were very flexible with our time frame. She took a pretty nasty place and made it sparkle before our move in. We got settled in and are extremely happy with the way everything looks. We will definately be calling them again for their services.

Today was my first experience with an outside cleaning company and boy was I ever impressed. I now have a kitchen floor that looks brand new, a shower that glistens and the dust and grime has been banished from every corner. The cleaner was professional, polite and worked hard to please. I highly recommend this service.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential cleans saves homeowners time and money. Most my residential clients don't have the time to worry about keeping up a clean home.. I allow them a few extra hours to focus on what's important; whether it's more free time to enjoy with friends and family or to focus more attention on their careers.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think you should always get a detailed description of the services that are being provided. Let your cleaner know what your expectations are; everyone's idea of clean is different. I provide a list so that my clients know what to expect. Communication is essential so make sure who you hire is someone you are comfortable with and someone you trust. Although costs are important, don't be fooled by a low price. Some clients tell me that cleaners charge less but when I go to clean, the fans, switch plates, baseboards etc. have a lot of dust build up. The top of the bathtub surround has never been cleaned and you should see the on top of the window frames!... Like I said not everyone's idea of clean is the same.
