- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Payment installments for EVERY wedding package. No need to Apply, no need to Qualify, and best of all no charges, interest of fee's! All wedding packages can be split into 3 payments and the last payment is not due until AFTER the wedding, when your images are ready!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like top send an inquiry questionnaire. The information lets us know what type of service that is being requested, and other important details... especially if it is a wedding orr event. Next, we send our firm quote. We like to meet clients for coffee to discuss their session or event, show them our portfolio, offer referrals and reviews from our many clients. We then offer them our payment options and as a courtesy, hold their event date for 5 days to give them a moment to consider our offer. Once the client wants to move forward, we send them our contract, invoice and other information via email. We confirm the session or event the week prior and ask if there are any unanswered questions or concerns. After the session or event, we will issue a SNEAK PEEK in about 3 days. Once the images are edited, we email the clients their new Online Gallery and Password which they may share with family and friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning. We have monthly continuing education courses that we strictly adhere to that covers technique, equipment, editing and current trends. As a Photographer- the moment you feel there is nothing left to learn, you should box up your equipment and hang up your lens.
