- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple pricing system. However, if there is excessive dirt, overgrown grass on the driveway, I may charge a bit more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand what my customers' needs are and deliver service that meets those needs. Once I get that understanding, I explain my process and proceed to WOW my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a big advocate of gathering best practices from the internet. I love gadgets and if there is one out there that I like, I may just buy it.
