- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask your Realtor how long they have lived in the area and how long they have been in business. If you are selling your home, ask your agent what would happen if they didn't sell anything for 3 months. Would they be financially able to continue marketing their listings? Do they have a team or partner to help if they are busy or sick? Do they have a full time support staff to schedule showings and coordinate closings? What kind of marketing will they employ to get your property sold.
