We can not be more pleased with the work Campbell Roofing has done for us. During the last year we have built two larger homes with beautiful Tile Roofs, Great people to work with,showed up on time and finished the jobs as projected Thanks for an excellent job CAMPBELL ROOFING. Also want to Thank You for great repair jobs on older houses.

Very happy with this company. The estimator called before his appointment and we had a repair estimate the same day. They showed up later in the week in nice lettered trucks, did the repair and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire them again if needed for future projects

I called Campbell roofing to get an estimate on what it would cost to repair missing shingles and soffit damage from the tornado on a rental home Instead of giving me an estimate Paul gave my tenant a pamphlet and a business card with instructions to give it to the insurance adjuster He never went up on the roof at all so he did not have a bid to give me when I called to find out what the pricing was I called into the office and told them I had called their office for s bid and that was what I still wanted I do give credit to them for sending out another man named Mike who was very polite and who called me back saying I would be receiving a call back with pricing I did get the bid from the original man who hadn't gone on the roof as requested and who had decided to apparently leave me out of the equation by asking the tenant to give his card to the adjuster instead of me as if he assumed he would get the job that way Incidentally his price was more than double and triple two other licensed and bonded companies who gave bids and even those prices were greatly more than what I have paid in the past on other homes (maybe prices go up due to the tornado or insurance ) I found it extremely unethical and offensive that the man they sent out would disregard my request for a bid and instead instruct my tenant to give his card to an insurance adjuster without my instruction or permission

Signed contract to have a total roof replacement...excellent customer service with Mr. Spencer Gumba....and then,....the project went downhill from there. Mike was project manager and although "nice" not at all efficient. Long story short...the project took over three weeks and didn't pass inspection till the 3rd time ( for really simple should have been done items) Irritated that "deposit money" was to be collected by a man who would meet at the house to pick up cash or check (to pay for the supplies and materials)....what company doesn't have credit to charge supplies, deliver and manage the money? Roof was left with 1/3 shingles off and just plywood...tar buckets left on roof, piles of trash on front lawn and scattered in bushes throughout the property. Poor workers left who didn't speak english "waiting" for Mike. Does NOT process or take charge cards for payment. Would never use again nor refer to anyone.

Very professional from start to finish! Did an excellent job! Cleaned up after themselves everyday. The work they do meets all local codes and qualifies for homeowners insurance discounts!!! **NOTE** When budgeting for a project like this add $$$ to the estimate to pay for necessary repairs discovered once the old shingles are removed. These are additional costs which could not be determined during the estimating process but are necessary to ensure a quality job and a longer lasting roof! These added cost were noted as additional charges in the contract and pictures were taken as proof of necessity! They were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but definitely the best! We got several estimates and we are very happy that we decided on them!! Look no further call for an estimate today you won't be disappointed!!
