Cobra Self Defense System RSW

It's a 10-week self-defense program. It's like a police academy for civilians. You will train in basic, intermediate and advanced self-defense one Saturday a week for two hours. You will not get left behind, and the program comes with a fully illustrated self-defense manual, graduation t-shirt, and official certificate. We specialize in kids' self-defense and personal safety. They will learn effective striking, escapes, anti-abduction techniques, how to deal with a bully, and how to spot a bad guy. They will participate in a real-life 911 scenario and an abduction escape drill. At the end of the camp, they will even take a self-defense written test. We serve SW Florida.
