Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We do the job quickly, efficiently and with great results. My team and I go in and start organizing, pricing, and advertising right away. Our sales last a week. When the sale is done, we will make sure the house is swept clean and empty. Your check is on the way on Monday.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I am blessed to have a job that I love. Each Monday is a new treasure hunt. You never know what you will find in the next drawer or pocket! And then I get to sell it. The people that arrive are hoping to find treasures and I am sure we will have them. I list lots of pictures so they know the type of treasures they are going to find at each sale.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Can I get it for less?.... Not on the first day. Everything is 1/2 price on the last day.

What do you charge? My commission is 1/3 of the sale. You give me the stuff to sell and the place to sell it. I pay for all advertising, assistants. signage and supplies.
We have a local thrift shop that will come and clear out anything that might not sell and you get the tax write off.
If you have any special requests we will try to make that happen also.
We learn sommething new at each sale. Make a request we haven't had yet and we wil search for a way to make it happen.
