Yes. The State of Florida requires continuing education in order to stay abreast of all the latest statutes and building trade advances.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do NOT dive for the lowest price. In this business, you get what you pay for. By keeping our overhead low, Affordable Inspections is able to maintain low prices while still providing a very high quality product; in particular our reports. We do not use a 'checklist' approach like many inspection companies. Every single one of our reports is customized to address the specific needs of each client and each property. We provide a minimum of 50 color photos in each report with explanations for each one describing what we are showing.
