Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Oh goodness, yes.
Be SURE to talk before you book! Speak over the phone. You can tell alot about a person from their voice! Don't find yourself booking a magician who shows up and yells at the three year olds to sit down and pay attention!
ALLOW ENOUGH TIME! Booking for an hour may seem like enough time to you, but if you have thirty kids and they all want a face painting and balloon, well, you arent going to get quality work. Tell your performer how many kids are coming and work with them.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have fifteen years experience and am SUPER creative! I find myself often painting things I have never painted before just from memory or description, and my biggest indication I do a great job is all my REPEAT BUSINESS!!! Clients come back over and over, because they love my work! I have a great relationship with my customers, and treat them with respect and appreciation.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The kids! They'e so great! Every time I go to a party, I remember how lucky I am to work with children. Whether its caricatures or face painting, whether I am a clown or a princess, I love the excited look on their little faces when they see what I can do!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much do I charge?
Answer: Depends. Most of the time, it's around $100 per hour, but I ALWAYS throw in perks like extra services, extra time, etc. And trust me... you get what you pay for! You can find someone cheaper, but I've had clients come back after trying someone else and they are more than willing to pay a little more and get an OUTSTANDING service.
