Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I was a customer, I would want to be well informed and would want my contractor to give me inside knowledge on how to educate myself for the project I was about to start. Thee are many web sites that educate a customer and a little bit of direction is a lotg of comfort to a home owner that is about to invest .

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I go above and behond the contract to service my customers and they request my services for further contracts

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love dealing with customers that need and want an honest service for an honest price saving them the burden of going over their budget and bringing my company more work from word of mouth

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most customers ask me if my work is guaranteed and if for the price I give them what do they get. All my customers are guaranteed that all my products are top of the line and guaranteed for a limited life time and all my work is guaranteed for five years and have a opton for a maintenance option that gives them piece of mind knowing that they get the best for the least amount of money that market allows.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. There is a contract that sticks out from all others, and my profeesionalism was tested. I believe that the customer really was uneducated and was in way over her head. I did the best to accomediate her in any way that I could and in the end I saved her hundreds of dollars, that I knew she couldn't afford. I was awarded with many jobs just from word of mouth and I belive that I made thousands of dollars from a woman that was greatful that I saved her money she couldn't afford but rewarded her with checks that gave her a cushion she needed to pay other bills. To this day we stay in contact and are the best of friends.
