Introduction: When attending a class at Eustis Yoga, you can expect breathing exercises, asanas (yoga postures), flowing exercise sequences, and a period of deep relaxation. This program will condition your body and focus your mind, imparting a feeling of wellness, peace, and rejuvenation.
Tracey, a Eustis Yoga owner and teacher, holds the title yogacharya, master of yoga. She also holds the Yoga Alliance designation of "registered yoga instructor 500". Tracey has been teaching yoga for over thirteen years, and for over two decades, she has studied spiritual approaches to living, natural modes of healing, and proper exercise and nutrition.
In her classes, she encourages students to move past perceived limitations, but to always practice non harming (ahimsa) toward the self.
Tracey has received yoga teacher training and certification at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Quebec in 2000. Upon returning from this month-long immersion in the yogic lifestyle, she was invited to Clermont to teach to the South Lake community.
The opening of Still Lake Yoga followed. In 2005, she traveled to Northern India to take advanced teacher training at a Sivananda Ashram. Tracey opened Eustis Yoga in 2015.
Tracey teaches morning and evening classes, and she teaches private yoga sessions at the center in Eustis.
