I'm Fiorella, an independent house cleaner. You can call me for house cleaning services in Central Florida.

I like to use the proper tools to sanitize floors and bathrooms, dust and vacuum your house. I use hepa backpack vacuums, microfiber flat mop, and color-coded microfibers cloths to avoid cross contamination. I provide green cleaning products. If the surface is dirt-heavy, I will use proper cleaning products.

Our cleaning services include:

- high dust surface: ceiling fans, vents, frame door, cobwebs and walls
- low dust surface: baseboards, corners, air vents, doors and cabinets
- vacuum: floors and carpets
- clean: complete bathroom, toilet and shower or tub, and fixtures
- kitchen: inside and outside microwave, counters, cabinets, outside appliances, and kitchen stove
- extras: clean grout in bathrooms floors, kitchen floors, etc., clean inside oven and refrigerator, ask for prices

We offer free in-home estimates.

We clean for health first, then appearance.

A.
If you are a client, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! you will have a variety of options to choose your next housekeeper/ maid person.

You have the right to ask how the cleaning will be perform.
How many hrs of work.
Who is going to clean your house. ???? The owner of the company or team cleaning group, or a single person.

Which kind of supplies they provide ( if any)
What type of chemical they use. ( if any)

Take advantage of the bad economy.
I saw many ads and some people advertise their business just for $50 or $70 a DEEP CLEANING
If someone is offer you a good DEAL, please make sure they do what they promise to do.

Clients always must demand GOOD QUALITY SERVICE.

Competition is good because all the household services will improve in their quality if they want to keep their client.

A. 1. Do I need a contract in order to have your services?
No, you can call me anytime you need to clean your house. It can be one a month or as need it.

2. Are you Pet Friendly?
Yes, I love pets specially dogs. I have many clients that have cats and dogs.

3. Do you provide your cleaning supplies?
Yes, I provide all the equipment and cleaning supplies. I can also use a specific product that you like to use.

4. In how many hrs I will clean the house?
That depends on the condition and size of the house. I always know at what time I start cleaning a house, but I don't know the exact time when I will finish. The minimum time spend in each house is 6 hrs to do it efficiently. Sometimes it takes me more time.

5. Do you charge by hr or for house?
I usually charge by the house. I don't like to rush and charging by hr can be in sometimes more expensive.

6. How much do I charge?
All depends, but the average is $120 houses with 2 bath and $150 houses with 3 bathrooms. Move in/out Starting $150.
Cleaning inside oven, inside refrigerator; move the appliances and clean the floor $25 each.

7. Do you guarantee your service?
Yes I do. If you are not satisfied with part of the cleaning, just call me in 24 hrs and I will re-clean the area at no charge. I'm so confident of the quality of my job that I always do an extra mile.

8. Do have any discounts?
Yes I do. If you like my service and recomend me, I will give you $30 off on your next cleaning service or I can clean something extra in your house.

9. Do you clean grout lines in bathrooms or tile?
Yes I do, just call me to see the rates. I use a vapor steamer to do that kind of work. Prices varies.
