After a quick Google search, I found Thumbtack which lead me to Murji at AUM Computers. I described to him the problem I was having with my laptop and he gave me a quote, a reasonable one at that. I dropped it off the next day and it was ready the following! When I went to pay, the price matched my quote exactly. Overall, I had an excellent experience with AUM Computers and my laptop is doing just fine!

I had inquired 'disinfecting' my laptop and was not very impressed with my results. When AUM responded, I called them and was pretty impressed with the information they told me. The other great thing about this company was their location. The store was only a few miles from my home. Many of the oter technicians would come to my home but at a pretty large investment (over $100). Result...AUM had my computer fixed (it runs like a champ) and for a very reasonable price. They are now my 'go to' computer repair company. Very nice people to work with. I am very pleased I connected with them. Definitely a company to check out when needing work on your computer. they fixed the problen i was having but it took two trips . the price was okay and the responsive time would have been great if they only did it once. it seems malware was stopping me from getting a wifi signal and also scrambled my pages. at least they didnot charge me any extra fees.

Mr Steven, Thank you for taking the time to review us, but I think you dint realize that you had 2 different problems. One was to do with a wireless network driver corruption and second was a malware infection on your computer. The first time you brought it in, we fixed your internet problem and you checked it in our store by visiting multiple sites and confirming problem was resolved. We charged you $59 for this fix (as we had quoted you) We also told you that your pc was infected and that we could clean it for an additional $20, but you did not approve it so we did not touch that part. You came back later on and told us you could not get to some sites. We dint want to make an argument and decided to have the malware removed at no additional charge to you. We believe we did a 5 start job.
