Andrew really was phenomenal and completely professional when helping me with my high end gaming pc. Andrew was extremely prompt and efficient when beginning to work on my pc. My PC had tons upon tons of viruses and I had tried to fix it for over 10 hours only making it worse, Andrew managed to fix my pc in 2 hours and had me gaming crushing noobs and doing work before I could bat an eye. 5 stars!

Andrew was the Tech whom fixed my computer, he did a great job and I was amazed by how much faster my computer was. I have no clue how he did it, and I was beginning to think that it was time to throw my computer against the wall, however once Andrew got a hold of it, my computer ran as if it was fresh out of the box. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer that our customers get unlimited fixes with a yearly plan so complicated pricing can be avoided. Generally, if it is the first time we have worked on a computer, depending on how it is, work will range from $100-$250. Usually, $40/hr is what it comes out to for one time fixes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, working in the IT field forces you to stay up to date on the changing trends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've loved computers since I was a child and when the opportunity presented itself, I jumped on it.
