2) Installed a 3way Switch in a kitchen that had 2 ways to get into and out from. I had to run new wiring and switches and add switches to give the home owner the option to have all the lights on or mood lighting if they choose to use the second option.
3) Installed Several Fans with/without light packages. Three in all, from the plane Jane to a somewhat complicated fan with all the bells and whistle in ceilings that were between 10 and 14 feet high.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask the right questions...price is obviously important but referances from customers that agree to let you see the work that was done and be allowed to ask that customer quests as to the service, turn around time , over runs ( budget wise) dependability and if they would use that contractor again- could be some of the questions I would ask. What needs to purchased from where and if they plan to give you proof of payment to the suppliers.Another question would be to ask how many men will it take to do the job, exactly how long did they estimate the project would take. What happens if they needed less workers for a shorter time frame would there be a price deduction and what happens if they under estimated the above... what guarantee would they be ready to give you to assure you they have the means to finish the work.
