Introduction: I think in any relationship excellent listening skills are key, and I think to be a good coach one needs to go the extra mile, be a great listener, and be there for your clients even outside of training hours and, be attentive to their needs. I like to send my client notes, or texts on their birthdays, thank you cards, as well as anytime motivational cards. A card goes a long way and my clients seem to appreciate what I do in addition to my fitness training. Being able to educate and empower women to be more in tune with their bodies through fitness whilst helping them get fitter, stronger, healthier and therefore more confident because the sexiest asset of a woman is her confidence.

"I have to confess that I wasn't the most enthusiastic person when it came to working out. After I became pregnant, everything changed because now I had to take care of my health and also the health of my baby. Since I have a genetic predisposition for diabetes, working out was definitely something that I had to do. Those are the main reasons why I decided to hire Moji. The exercise program she designed for me was not only effective, it was FUN to do! I continue to look forward to each workout session each week. Usually we train through Skype which I enjoy as I am able to exercise in the comfort of my own home. After each session is complete, I feel that my breathing is better, there is less pain in my lower back, and my leg cramps have gone away. My energy level has never been this high! I keep receiving compliments on how beautiful and healthy I look. I'm about 28 weeks pregnant and after I have my baby girl, I will definitely continue Moji's exercises for a post-partum workout. I can't wait to see what Moji has in store for me next!"

I started working with Moji when 4 months into my pregnancy. It was great to find her because I'm an avid cyclist and wanted to stay active during my pregnancy. I researched local gyms & trainers that focus on prenatal fitness, but in the end the flexibility to work one-on-one and in my home won over. My pregnancy was super easy as was my labor. I know that working out with Moji helped me. My son is now 4 months old and I've been working with having the baby so I can get my pre-baby body back. I workouts are fun (and work) and challenging too. I never expected to be able to do some of the exercises she's taught me. And she provides a lot more support than just our training sessions. I highly recommend Prenatal & Beyond Fit!
