FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the client is the key. From weddings to corporate photography the customer usually has a good idea on the type and style of the shots they require. A photograph should evoke an emotion. We try to be as accurate as possible in our pricing and the amount of post production a photoshoot will take. We DO NOT, as a rule, hold rights over photographs that will prevent you from using them as you wish. We deliver photographs in 2 formats, one version that is ready for print and another that's ready for the internet.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
OK, so you think you need a photographer, you've tried to take photos on your iPhone, and you have a friend that takes good pictures... BUT it's not quite what you want. My suggestion is that you look for a photographer that can propose to you what will look best. If you're expecting a studio, make sure you can travel to the location. A photographer that let's you get involved in the process will always give you the results that you want.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I suggest to my clients that they also do their own research, we will always make suggestions about locations and lighting but have a look around. Did you see a photo in a magazine or on the internet you would like to recreate?
