  I had Art Hernandez do a photo restoration for me. The photo was taken in 2002 with a disposable camera. I did not have a negative. I just scanned and emailed it to him. He was able to restore the picture (including a damaged part) and did it at an extremely reasonable price. He was quick to respond and gave very personalized service. I also liked that he was able to keep the original colors and not fade or turn them orange, which some places do. I only used him once (so far) but based on my experience, I would recommend him to my friends and would use him again.
