Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We do all types of jobs, big or small. New construction to remodel

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check all the types of service and thier back ground. Make sure they have knowledge of the trade they are in and not just a salesman. Most salesman ONLY know sales. We know construction, and have 28 years knowledge to back us up. Total combined knowledge in the industry of 83 years. Need I say more.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How long does it take to install the job? Do the installers speak english? Is it noisy?

A typical install with an average of 10 windows will take all day, 8AM-4PM.

We only hire installers that speak clear english.

This is construction it will be loud.

ONLY ask question when the installers have time, they KNOW what they are doing. They do this for a living EVERY day of the week. This is one of the biggest issues on a job. If you have lots of questions then call the owner or salesman, they have the time to answer ALL your questions.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What type of windows are you looking for do you want low-E, argon gas, double pane, single pane, triple pane? Is glass breakage needed or desired? are the windows over sized, Do you need tempered glass? Are any of the windows in a shower or tub area? What color is needed?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All our installers are Factory trained with over 10 years experience in window replacement. We clean-up after the job is completed, we even wash the windows. We will make sure you know how to use all the features of your new windows.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Is there any damage to our Stucco finish or drywall inside our home when your done? Will this cost extra?

When we install your new windows we do the BEST job possible to not have any damage to any stucco or drywall. But if by any chance there is any damage, WE will at OUR cost do any and all repairs FREE OF CHARGE to your satisfaction.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have several great stories. They all seam so shocked to find out how quiet there home gets as soon as the windows go in. The other thing I hear all the time is "boy my AC hardly ever runs anymore" I had on customer call to tell me she had to change the setting on her thermostat because the kids bedrooms were to cold.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We are family owned with family values in mind. We rae always looking out for the homeowner. Cost is always a concern, but quality is the #1 objective. We offer better products at lowwer prices with you in mind.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. This is a great type of business. We got into this business because of the need for GREAT windows in the tampa area. Being in the construction industry for so many years it was easy to see the need for windows. Most all homes in Florida have single pane windows. These type of windows are a thing of the past. the need to upgrade is needed here as it is all across the State.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We did the home of a grand prix racecar driver, his home was 27 windows and 3 french doors.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. just completed continuing to get Lead certified

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The newest Items on the market is the adtion of color lock vinyl. This comes in an aray of different colors, from black to bronze to red and green. All can come with a woodgrain interior finish.
